For security reasons and to protect your identity we must receive a letter from you requesting the change. 

Please send a signed and dated letter requesting the change, along with a copy of your marriage certificate.  Once we receive this documentation from you, all of your statements will reflect your married name. For mortgages, we do not change names on your existing mortgage loan documents. The only way to change a name on an existing mortgage loan is to do a refinance transaction.
