To update recurring ACH payments to Third Federal, AutoPay Loan Payments, or Principal Payments, please complete an ACH/Autopay Change/Cancel Form. This form can be completed at your local branch office, or you can request a form to be sent to you via secured email or by U.S. mail by contacting our Customer Service Department at 1-800-844-7333.
