Third Federal does not offer a bi-weekly payment option on our mortgage loans. Additional principal payments may be made any time after your regular monthly payment has been satisfied.
You can also make principal only payments online from a Third Federal deposit account or external bank account. To do so click on the Move Money tab and select the appropriate path under Make a Payment.
