We offer a "Low Cost" option on all our Smart Rate Adjustable Mortgages. For a flat fee of $295 you can close on any one of our 3/1 or 5/1 Smart Rate adjustable mortgages. These "Low Cost" options have a slightly higher initial interest rate than our Smart Rate mortgages with full closing costs.

We also offer a "Low Cost" option on select fixed rate mortgages. Currently, we do not offer "No Cost" mortgage options.
