You selected your initial Password when you completed the Online Banking enrollment form. When you log-in to Online Banking for the first time, you will be prompted to change your password.
If you have forgotten your Password, please click on the Forgot Password link that is underneath the login box.
Password Requirements:
- Must be between 10 and 32 characters
- Must contain at least one character from all three categories:
- Letters (including one upper case letter AND one lower case letter)
- Numbers
- Any special characters
- Cannot contain any whitespace (spaces are not allowed, including before, in the middle of or after the User ID)
- Cannot be a substring of the User ID
- Passwords are case sensitive
- Passwords do not expire
