Two attempts will be made to gather the funds from the accounted being debited. If there aren't sufficient funds in the account after the first attempt, you will be notified via email that you need to add additional funds to that account. If there aren't sufficient funds available on the second attempt, that account will be suspended and you won't be able to do any external transfers with this account.
