In the paperless statements screen, if you click to view your loan statement, you'll see a coupon at the bottom that you can print and include with your payment should you decide to mail it. You can also make your payment online by clicking on the Move Money/Payments tab within online banking.
If you want to continue to receive the postage paid envelope, however, you'll need to keep receiving paper statements. To switch back to paper ELOC statements, please update your preferences in the Profile tab within the Staments and Tax Documents feature.
