Yes you can. The debit card is part of the product; however, you have the option to decline the card.
If, at a later time, you decide that you would like to have the debit card, you can call us at 1-800-844-7333 , visit one of our branch locations or order a debit card by logging into your Online Banking and clicking on the Additional Services tab.
