Yes you can. Simply go to the My Settings link at the top right of the screen and click on Rename & Hide your accounts.
Enter the nickname you want for each account.
If you remove a check mark under the Show Account Column, the account will not show up in the My Accounts page and you won't be able to use that account for internal transfers.
