8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday - Thursday
8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Friday
8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Saturday (Eastern Standard Time)
You may also mail a check to Third Federal Attn: Loan Services, 7007 Broadway Ave, Cleveland OH 44105.
