Yes. You can register up to two mobile phone numbers where you can receive a text message.
To complete the registration process, you need to have your mobile phone handy when you register the number. You will receive an Activation Code as part of the registration process and will be asked to enter in the Activation Code. You won't be able to receive the One-Time Access Code via text message unless you complete this activation process.
When you register a mobile phone for text message, that number automatically gets added to your list of regular phone numbers where you can receive the One-Time Access Code via recorded voice message.
You can make changes to your information at any time by going to My Settings at the top right of the screen and updating the information under Login & Security,
