The One-Time Access Code for Enhanced Security has a 10 minute expiration from the time that it was generated. If the One-Time Access Code is not used within 10 minutes, it becomes invalid.


You can choose where you want to receive the One-Time Access Code from the list of channels you have already registered.  For example, you can register one email address and two phone numbers.

If you don't receive the One-Time Access Code, you can select a different channel you want it to be sent to.   To register additional channels, click on My Settings at the top right of the screen and click on Security.
