As you may be aware, email is not always instantaneous.  People often aren't aware of the delays in delivering email until they're waiting for one.

The email providers control the flow of emails to your internet email inbox, not Third Federal. Volume, spam filters and other items can contribute to a delay of the emails being sent.

It is your responsibility to contact your internet email service provider to see why they aren't passing the emails along to you.

Sometimes large email providers change their filters so our emails are completely blocked by that provider.  In this case, they don't attempt to deliver the emails at all.

When this occurs, we contact the internet email provider directly to work to get those emails sent to our customers.
