2023 Tax documents are now live in Online Banking. To view, navigate to the Statements and Tax Documents tab (located under the More tab in the mobile app), click on the account listing in the blue band on the right-hand side of the page (located at the top in the mobile app) and click on the arrow to open up the drop down. Tax documents will be located at the bottom of the list.
If you are not currently enrolled in paperless tax statements, navigate to the Statements and Tax Documents tab, select View Profile, and then select Tax ID from the account drop-down. You will receive an email when your tax statement is available for viewing.
If you prefer to receive a hard copy, tax statements will be mailed by January 31 each year for the previous year. If you have not received your tax statement by February 15, you can request a copy via secure message (click ‘New Message’ at the top of this page), or visit your local branch for assistance.
